Enter the Subconscious
Composed at a time when I began to experiment with what psychoanalyst and psychologist Carl Jung calls “Active Imagination”.
My debut album “Fears, Reflections & Shades of Time” draws inspiration from my own journeys into my subconscious.
My book, (see below) is a deeper and more thorough look into some of my journeys and is designed to be read alongside the album.
As you listen, I invite you to ponder on some of the themes presented, and reflect on your own life.
Journeys through the subconscious
Journeys through the subconscious is my debut book which accompanies and expands on my album “Fears, Reflections & Shades of Time”.
It follows an un-named character as they journey through their subconscious meeting archetypes, gods, and mythological figures.
The book is filled with original artworks and photography captured by Naarm based artist and photographer Storm Nutting.
The book is available in both digital and hard copy formats.
